Vanilla Cupcakes
So, in honor of Matt's big 30, I told him I'd make him any kind of dessert he wanted. Guess what he picked? Cupcakes! I was expecting something like a double chocolate snickers cheesecake with a ganache topping, but, no, I got cupcakes! So chocolate oreo cupcakes, right? Nope...vanilla cupcakes! Maybe, since he's about to enter old man-dom, he needs something gentle to ease him into it!
