First Kiss

While standing in the preschool pickup this morning, I was approached by a mom of one of the classmates. She started saying that she owed me an apology because her daughter kissed Peyton last week. Peyton had never said a thing about it to me! Then another mom piped up that she had just been told about it this morning by her son! So funny! There was a little confusion though as to where he was kissed...blown kiss, head or cheek! I couldn't wait to get in the car to ask him about it! I asked him if anything happened last week with her, to which he just replied that they were just playing. He truly had no idea what I was talking about. It was most definitally more of a big deal for the others who witnessed it then Peyton! That is so my child! When I mentioned it to him, it was like a lightbulb moment, and it all came pouring out! He said that she kissed him twice, on the cheek. One was big and one was small. He then proceeded to tell me that she is his "baby girl", and how much he likes her! Then he started telling me that he doesn't want lipstick on him, and that he is going to tell her tomorrow that she can't ever kiss him again! Phew!! :)
