San Francisco

Here is a little movie I put together of our trip to San Francisco. We had so much fun and did a ton of walking! We ate some great food and some not so great food. He were stopped on the Piers by some true wierdo's. We did a lot of shopping. We took a bus tour through the town one day and learned a lot about San Francisco. We saw some scary parts of town and some really beautiful parts! We took a ton of pictures, and I think I came home with a professional photographer! We enjoyed the sea lions, probably a little too much, on my part (1/2 of our video camera footage is of them barking). We missed our baby so much, and didn't appreciate the fact that he wouldn't talk to us on the phone..only hang up or run away from it! We had major airport problems on our way home and ended up with a great story of sleeping in the airport, trying to catch a "free" shuttle to our comp hotel for the night, waiting in freezing weather in Denver, having to pay for a shuttle, staying at the Crystal Inn for 4 hours and heading back to the airport. Gesh! We ended up getting home a day late and came home to a sick little boy.
Never the less, it was a good trip and we are now more then happy to be home with our family! Now we just have the wait until little baby Matthies arrives! We find out in two weeks what the sex of the baby is! Woo hoo! Then the naming wars will begin! (I told Matt it's a dumb argument to have now when we don't even know if we should be fighting over girls or boys!) I think if anything we should put our favorite names in a hat and have Peyton pick! :)
Please keep Mr Peyton in your prayers as he's still getting over his ear infection and having some not so great side effects from the antibiotic. Also keep Matt and his job in your prayers! I've been having major sinus problems and have been on and off antibiotics several times during the pregnancy. I'm currently having some major pain behind my eyes and above my eyebrows! Yikes!

It's been FOREVER!

Well, it seems like I haven't written in so long! It's been so busy with the holidays, traveling and finding out a new little one is on the way! I have been SO sick these past weeks, and I'm just sick of being sick! For anyone who has missed out on the loop...Matt and I are expecting another little on in September! We are so excited! We've had two doctor appointments and have had 2 ultrasounds. We got to see the baby, the heartbeat and hear the heartbeat both times! It's so amazing that even though it is only 1.17cm the ultrasound machine can pick up the heartbeat! Right now it's probably about the size of a grain of rice! We have another appointment towards the end of this month and we'll get yet another ultrasound! :) I love seeing my baby!

Peyton has no clue what is going on, and we figured before we start teaching him where babies are we should teach him where his tummy is! :) Gosh, he is growing so fast. I feel like if I blink I'm going to miss him growing! He has so many teeth (2 new ones that I found this week), he's saying more words, running and just entertaining us like you don't even know. He's such a joy in our lives! Well, I know this is short, but I've been so sick I haven't been able to clean, so I need to play catch up!
